We came up with a campaign that would honor the Veterans but would create the opportunity to up-sell those who redeemed the offer.

THE FREE OFFER CONVERTED TO 115% INCREASE IN SALES

By exchanging the free offer for an unlimited wash club membership, they would get a free month. This would allow them to wash their vehicles as often as they wanted for one low monthly price of $17.95 with one month free and no contractual obligation.

BEATING A COMPETITOR

The client has a new quick lube opening up just a couple blocks down the road. They needed to gain new subscribers before the competition opens up. We did this with a cost plus campaign that allowed for an up-sell opportunity.

THE OFFER CREATED A SPIKE IN BUSINESS

The target audience was a small market of only about 50k people. In one weekend, they were able to add over 30 new oil change customers.

UP-SELL FOR THE WIN

By offering the customers that came in to redeem the offer an upgraded solution, they were able to create a profit on the otherwise loss-leader coupon while gaining new customers. Getting the mobile numbers of the new customers also allows our client to reach out to them with additional offers and communications, developing the relationship before the new competition opens their doors.
